Project Discovery came to mpiTOO needing a fresh and modern revamp of their logo and branding. This program helps students through the college application and selection process, which inspired mpiTOO to choose the “navigation” theme. This led to a compass symbol with the tagline “navigate your future.”
As a nonprofit organization, the branding speaks to both the target audience (youth) and administrative professionalism. mpiTOO designed the branding to appeal to students and appear professional in letterhead, press releases, and more. mpiTOO used primary colors to both support Project Discovery’s focus on students and work as a strong foundation for the brand. In addition, the use of multiple colors represents the full spectrum of options youth have available to them in pursuing education, career paths, and a personally fulfilling future. The final result is a brand that is both casual and fun while also upholding Project Discovery’s ambitions and goals in a professional setting.
Along with their logo and tagline, mpiTOO created a full brand package for Project Discovery. This brand package includes a brand standards document, business cards, email signatures, letterhead, envelopes, and a press release template.
